FISHING REPORT
7/15/14 8:45 PM CST
Conditions: Partly Sunny Air Temp: 51° - 55° F Water Temp: 71° - 75° F
JULLY 15th T-shirt, sweat shirt, light jacket, bibs and raincoat until probably close to noon. I opened a hand warmer left in glove compartment of boat from May for customer Pat who had cold hands.

The shallow water bite for these summer cold fronts has been terrific but not today, we started shallow with very few fish caught. Then fished various spots in 8-12' where we caught a variety of fish we kept fish for a shore lunch and a meal to take home released the rest. The walleye bite was a little slower 10 or 12 fish between 12-15" did get a few pike, perch and some nice sm, all released. Lawrence caught the biggest perch caught in my boat in a long time 13-1/4" we get 12"ers but a 13 plus perch is a huge perch! I had the net out thought he had a walleye.

Nice to spend the day with Mother and son Pat and Lawrence.

All crawlers today with exception of a few deadstick bass on leeches.
