Four of us went up to the Turtle Flambeau for a week in mid July. We had never been on this water before, so hired Jeff to guide us on our first day there. Jeff is a tremendous guide and very knowledgeable. We were up on the TFF at a time where the fishing was tough all week. However, Jeff put us on fish right away. But, I think the best part was that he taught us techniques and what to look for (structure, creek beds etc) that would help us find fish the rest of the week. And his shore lunches are fantastic! I highly recommend hiring Jeff for a day if you go up to the TFF. You won't be disappointed. - Eric Taplick |
